My latest reading

I'm getting towards the end of "A Storm of Swords". This is the third book of George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, the loooong epic about the trials of the Children of Lord Ned Stark in the fictional land of Westros. I guess when spending so much time with characters, you can get somewhat attached. I found out what it is like to have a sleepless night worrying about fictional characters. It can be disconcerting.  But I'm plowing on.

  1. Well after reading the first book you learn that nobody is safe. And as the series continues you pretty much get used to the idea that everyone is going to go through some rough times.

What's so great about it though is watching how the characters grow overtime. Lol, I just wish they weren't so young.
